How ESCROWNET works
A transparent, multi-party escrow workflow built for the realities of Nigerian real estate buyback investing.
1. Investor funds escrow
Investor pays in NGN via Paystack. Funds are server-verified before the escrow can activate.
2. KYC verification
Investor submits NIN, BVN and ID upload. NIMC and BVN checks are referenced and stored.
3. Property verification
Accredited agencies confirm title number, file number, and survey plan (AGIS or state equivalent).
4. Insurance confirmation
Insurance partner attaches policy number, coverage type, amount and policy document.
5. Escrow goes active
Only when payment, KYC, property and insurance are approved, the transaction becomes active.
6. Maturity & release
On contractual maturity, the company requests release. Admin reviews, then funds settle to the investor.
7. Disputes & freeze
Any party can raise a dispute. Suspicious transactions can be frozen pending compliance review.
